Tématem této bakalářské práce je cytogenetická metoda ? mikronukleus test a frekvence mikrojader při léčbě lupénky. Mikronukleus test se využívá při testování genotoxického působení látek a sledování jejich vlivu na genetický materiál člověka. The theme of this bachelor thesis is cytogenetic method ? Micronucleus test and the frequency of micronuclei in the treatment of psoriasis. Micronucleus test is used for testing the effect of genotoxic substances and monitoring their effect on human genetic material.
