Tato práce se zabývá vývojem a optimalizací metody kapalinové chromatografie s hmotnostní detekcí pro stanovení koncentrace kortizolu ve slinách. V první části jsou popsány vlastnosti kortizolu, jeho funkce v organismu, onemocnění s ním spojená a možnosti jeho stanovení v různých biologických materiálech. This thesis deals with the development and optimization of liquid chromatography with a mass detection method for the determination of cortisol in saliva. The first part describes the properties of cortisol, its role in human organism and in diseases, and methods used for its determination in different biological materials.
