Abstract:

Bakalářské práce „Správa poplatku za užívání veřejného prostranství“ je zaměřena na současnou právní úpravu místních poplatků, především pak na právní úpravu místního poplatku za užívání veřejného prostranství a její aplikace v praxi, tedy na úseku správy poplatků. Cílem práce je identifikace slabých míst v aktuální právní úpravě vztahující se nejen na místní poplatky obecně, ale právě na poplatek za užívání veřejného prostranství. V návaznosti na identifikaci slabých míst v současné právní úpravě se v bakalářské práci také pokusím navrhnout legislativně – technické řešení, které by pomohlo sjednotit postupy správců poplatků v rámci poplatkového řízení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis „Administration of the Fee for the Use of Public Spaces“ is focused on the current legislation of local fees, in particular on the legislation of the fee for the use of public spaces and its application in practise in the field of fee administration. The aim of the thesis is to identify weaknesses in the current legislation relating not only to local fees in general but to the fee for the use of public spaces specifically. Following the identification of weaknesses in the current legislation, the thesis also tries to propose a legislatively - technical solution that would help to unify procedures of fee administrators during fee management.
