Abstract:
Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo podat stručný, ale zároveň komplexní přehled o historických událostech vedoucích ke vzniku Mimořádného lidového soudu v Plzni. O jeho personálním složení, činnosti a rozsudcích, které během své činnosti v letech 1945-1947 vydal.
Abstract:
The aim of my thesis was to present a brief, but at the same time comprehensive, overview of the historical events leading to the establishment of the Extraordinary People's Court in Pilsen, and to outline the composition, activities and judgments issued by this court in the course of period 1945-1947.
