The main objective of the thesis is to analyse the fulfilment of financial sovereignty in the example of the Republic of Cuba, a state based on a centrally controlled economy with the absence of pluralistic democracy in an environment of perceived isolation. Hlavným cieľom diplomovej práce je analyzovať naplnenie finančnej suverenity na príklade Kubánskej republiky, štátu konštruovaného na základoch centrálne riadenej ekonomiky s absentujúcou pluralitnou demokraciou v prostredí citeľnej izolácie.
