Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem přípravy na stáří. Hlavním cílem mé práce bylo zjistit názory a postoje lidí k přípravě na stáří, zda u lidí probíhá příprava na stáří a nejčastější způsoby této přípravy. Zaměřila jsem se na finanční a zdravotní přípravu a také na přípravu v oblasti trávení volného času. V úvodní části se zaměřuji na metodologii, jelikož se celou mou prací prolínají poznatky získané z dotazníkového šetření. V další části se věnuji samotnému stáří a změnám, které tento proces přináší. Dále popisuji aktivní styl života ve stáří. V poslední části se věnuji jednotlivým způsobům přípravy na stáří. V závěru své práce přináším výsledky svého šetření.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of preparing for aging. The main objective is to find out people's opinions and stands regarding the preparation for aging, if people make provisions for aging, alternatively their most common ways of it. The thesis is focused on the financial and health preparation, as well as the preparation in the field of leisure activities. The opening part follows the methodology in view of the fact, that the whole thesis is pervaded by the findings extracted via questionnaire survey. Next part is focused on the preparing for aging itself, including the changes related to this process. Furthermore, the thesis describes the active lifestyle of the old people. The final part deals with particular ways of preparing for aging. The end of the thesis brings forward the results of the research.
