Management of sport organizations with regard on their economic activities

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce na téma "Management sportovních organizací s ohledem na jejich hospodaření" se zabývá charakteristikou menších sportovních subjektů. Rozebírá právní uspořádání neziskových organizací s důrazem na spolky. Uvádí specifika sportovního managementu především z behaviorálního pohledu. Výzkumná část pracuje se čtyřmi sportovními neziskovými organizacemi. Finanční analýzu podporují informace získané od jednotlivých manažerů daných organizací. Na základě těchto metod jsou uvedeny závěry a formulována doporučení pro budoucí vývoj organizací.

Abstract:

This master's thesis focuses on the characteristics of smaller sports entities. It investigates the legal arrangement of non-profit organizations with an emphasis on associations. It presents particularities of sports management, mainly from a behavioral point of view. The data set for the research part of this thesis consists of four sports non-profit organizations. The financial analysis is supported by the sets of information given by representatives of investigated organizations. Conclusions are drawn, and recommendations for the future development of these organizations are provided based upon the methods used.
