Cílem mé bakalářské práce je popisování formy a význam komunikace z pohledu jedince se sluchovým postižením, který si potřebuje vyřídit osobní záležitost na úřadě. The goal of my bachelor's thesis is to describe the form and meaning of communication from the point of view of an individual with a hearing impairment who needs to deal with a personal matter at the office. Attention is paid to support services, compensatory aids and other procedures that make communication more accessible.
