Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na produktivitu práce na ubytovacím úseku. Cílem práce je analyzovat produktivitu práce ve vybraných hotelích, potvrdit či vyvrátit tvrzení, že outsourcing je výhodnější pro hotelový provoz a navrhnout zlepšení produktivity práce ve zkoumaných hotelech. Abstract:
The bachelor’s thesis focuses on work productivity in housekeeping department. The aim is to analyze the productivity in a few chosen hotels, confirm or deny the current statement about advantage of outsourcing in the hotel industry and to propose improvement of productivity in the hotels analyzed.
