Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a interpretační. První část se věnuje samotnému pojmu dekadentní literatury, přičemž je u ní kladen důraz na vývoj v českém prostoru. Důležitým jménem české dekadence je jméno Jiřího Karáska ze Lvovic, jehož některé knihy jsou rozebírány v celé další části práce. Dále je vysvětlen smysl pojmu topos, kde je k němu přihlédnuto zejména z literárního hlediska. Již v této části se práce zaměřuje na topos města, na jednotlivé přístupy k jeho "čtení". Druhá část práce analyzuje jednotlivá prozaická díla Jiřího Karáska ze Lvovic, ve kterých je onen motiv města přítomen, a kde může toto město nabývat různých podob. Je zde analyzováno právě to, jak je tento prostor v jednotlivých autorových dílech vyobrazen. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty i společné aspekty rozebíraných děl.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and interpretive. The first part deals with the very concept of decadent literature, with emphasis on development in the Czech environment. An important name of the Czech decadence is the name of Jiří Karásek from Lvovice, some of whose books are discussed throughout the rest of the work. Furthermore, the meaning of the term topos is explained, where it is taken into account mainly from a literary point of view. In this part, the work focuses on the topos of the city and the various approaches to its "reading". The second part of the work analyzes the individual prose works of Jiří Karásek from Lvovice, in which the motif of the city is present, and where this city can take on various forms. There is analyzed, how this space is depicted in the individual works of the author. At the end of the work are summarized the common aspects of the discussed works.
