Specifics of Nursing Care for a Patient with Scoliosis

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na komplexní ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta se skoliózou páteře. Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první část práce se zaměřuje na ošetřovatelskou péči od příjmu pacienta na spondylochirurgické oddělení, až do propouštění do domácího prostředí, dále se věnuje metodám a léčebným postupům, kterými musí pacient projít před nástupem na operační sál. Praktická část je zpracovávána formou kazuistik, která se věnuje pacientovi s tímto onemocněním. Zabývá se ošetřovatelským procesem, průběhem hospitalizace, edukací pacienta v domácím prostředí a následnou rehabilitací, která následuje jeho propuštěním. Cílem této práce je sestavení ošetřovatelského plánu u pacienta se skoliózou páteře. použitou metodikou této práce je ošetřovatelská dokumentace pomocí, které jsme stanovili ošetřovatelské diagnózy podle NANDA, kterými jsou ošetřovatelská anamnéza, diagnóza, plánování a stanovení cílů a jejich realizace a následné zhodnocení. Závěrem této práce je zhodnocení stanovených cílů, které jsou vysvětleny v závěru práce

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis focuses on complex nursing care for a patient with spinal scoliosis. This work is divided into two parts. The first part of the thesis focuses on nursing care from admitting a patient to a spondylosurgical ward, until discharge to home, and also focuses on the methods and treatment procedures that the patient must go through before entering the operating room. The practical part is processed in the form of case reports, which are devoted to a patient with this disease.. It deals with the nursing process, the course of hospitalization, the education of the patient in the home environment and the subsequent rehabilitation that follows his discharge. The aim of this work is to build a nursing plan for a patient with scoliosis of the spine. The methodology used for this work is the nursing documentation which we used to make nursing diagnoses according to the NANDA, which are the nursing history, diagnosis, planning and setting goals and their implementation and subsequent evaluation. In conclusion of this the work in an evaluation of the set goas which are explained in the conclusion of the work
