Bakalářská práce nejprve charakterizuje kvalitu ve výrobních podnicích obecně. Popisuje metody, normy a nástroje, jak kvality dosáhnout. Věnuje se i hodnocením pracovníků z hlediska výkonu. V další části se zabývá problematikou chráněných dílen a zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením - hlavně z hlediska základních zákonů o lidských právech. Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis firstly characterizes the quality in manufacturing plants in general. Describes methods, standards and tools for achieving the quality. It also deals with performance evaluations of workers.
