Abstract:

Cílem práce Marketing na sociálních sítích je navrhnout, realizovat a vyhodnotit reklamní kampaň vybrané společnosti na sociálních sítích s použitím prvků influencer marketingu. Ke splnění cílů práce využijeme informace a vědomosti získané v teoretické části práce a profesní zkušenosti autora. V teoretické práci se věnujeme rozboru marketingu, internetového marketingu, popsání jednotlivých sociálních sítí a možností, které tyto sítě nabízejí pro marketingovou komunikaci. Dále popíšeme jednotlivé nástroje měření sociálních sítí, rozebereme word-of- mouth marketing, elektronickou formu word-of-mouth, influencer marketing a popíšeme proces tvorby reklamní kampaně. V praktické části se věnujeme představení společnosti, analýze zadání reklamní kampaně, vypracování kreativního návrhu reklamní kampaně a její realizaci na sociálních sítích YouTube, Instagram a Facebook se zapojením influencera. V neposlední řadě jsou získána data o dosahu a efektivitě komunikované kampaně za pomoci analytických nástrojů YouTube analytics, Facebook insights, Instagram insights a dat poskytnutých vybranou společností. Data jsou interpretována a je vyhodnoceno splnění stanovených cílů.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis Social media marketing is to design, implement and evaluate an advertising campaign of a selected company on social networks using elements of influencer marketing. To meet the objectives of the thesis we will use the information and knowledge gained in the theoretical part of the work and the professional experience of the thesis author. In the theoretical part we focus on the analysis of marketing, online marketing, the description of individual social networks and the possibilities that these networks offer for marketing communication. We will also describe the various tools for measuring social networks, analyse word-of-mouth marketing, the electronic word-of-mouth, influencer marketing and describe the process of creating an advertising campaign. In the practical part, we focus on the introduction of the selected company, analysis of the assignment of the advertising campaign, elaboration of a creative design of the campaign and its implementation on social networks YouTube, Instagram and Facebook with the involvement of an influencer. Last but not least, data on the reach and effectiveness of the campaign is obtained using the analytical tools YouTube analytics, Facebook insights, Instagram insights and data provided by the selected company. The data are interpreted, and the fulfilment of the set goals is evaluated.
