Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá životním cyklem veřejné zakázky z pohledu generálního zhotovitele stavby. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem zákona o zadávání veřejných zakázek a jeho obsahem, včetně kritického zhodnocení současného stavu systému veřejných zakázek ve stavebnictví.
