Abstract:

Téma této bakalářské práce je ,,Možnosti terciární prevence u pacientů s arteriální hypertenzí?. Hlavním cílem práce bylo ověřit, zda pacienti trpící arteriální hypertenzí znají zásady terciární prevence a především možné komplikace onemocnění. Dílčími cíli práce bylo zjistit, jak se pacienti orientují v odborných pojmech souvisejících s daným onemocnění, ověřit, zda pacienti znají svou aktuální hodnotu krevního tlaku, zmapovat životní styl pacientů s arteriální hypertenzí a zjistit, zda je self monitoring rozšířen mezi pacienty. Teoretická část práce se zabývá základní anatomií oběhového ústrojí, charakteristikou arteriální hypertenze, komplikacemi u arteriální hypertenze a možnostmi měření krevního tlaku. Dále následují kapitoly, které se věnují prevenci, vymezení pojmu terciární prevence, úloze všeobecné sestry, edukaci pacientů s arteriální hypertenzí a preventivní kardiologii. V empirické části je zpracován dotazníkový průzkum, ve kterém bylo cílem zjistit, zda pacienti s arteriální hypertenzí znají zásady terciární prevence a komplikace tohoto onemocnění. Ke zpracování empirické části byl použit dotazník vlastní konstrukce o 19 otázkách a 5 demografických. Dotazník byl rozdán 120 respondentům v Ústeckém kraji léčící se na arteriální hypertenzi. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou vyjádřeny v tabulkách. Z výsledků dotazníkového šetření je patrné, že pacienti léčící se na arteriální hypertenzi znají základní zásady terciární prevence. Jsou informováni a znají možné komplikace arteriální hypertenze.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is "Options tertiary prevention patients with arterial hypertension". The main aim was to verify if patients suffering with arterial hypertension know the principles of tertiary prevention and particularly if they know the potential complications of this disease. Partial aims of the thesis was to find out the orientation of patients in specialized terms related to a given disease, to verify if patients know their current value of blood pressure, map the lifestyle of patients with arterial hypertension and find out if patients know self-monitoring. The theoretical part is focused on the basic anatomy of the circulatory system, characteristic of arterial hypertension, arterial complications hypertension and options of blood pressure measurement. The following chapter is dedicated to the prevention, definition of tertiary prevention, the role of nurses, education of patients with arterial hypertension and preventive cardiology. In the empirical part is processing questionnaire in which the aim was to find out if patients with arterial hypertension know principles of tertiary prevention and complications of this disease. There was used a questionnaire of own construction for processing empirical part with 19 questions and 5 demographic questions. The questionnaire was distributed to 120 respondents in Ústí nad Labem being treated for arterial hypertension. Results of the questionnaire investigation are presented in the tables. From the survey's results it is apparent that patients being treated with arterial hypertension know the basic principles of tertiary prevention. They are informed and know about the possible complications of arterial hypertension.
