Diplomová práce se zabývá specifiky v rámci vymáhání pohledávky výživného. Cílem práce je identifikovat odchylky vymáhání výživného, odůvodnit je, posoudit, zda jsou tyto odchylky koordinované a navrhnout optimalizaci právní úpravy. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the specifics of the enforcement of alimony claims. The aim of the work is to identify deviations in the enforcement of alimony, to justify them, to assess whether these deviations are coordinated and to propose optimization of the legal regulation.
