Analysis of guest satisfaction in selected hotel
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá spokojeností hostů ve vybraném hotelu Riviera. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat spokojenost hostů v Hotelu Riviera a poté navrhnout možnosti zlepšení hotelových služeb a spokojenosti hostů ve vybraném hotelu, případně obměnit hotelovou klientelu.
Abstract:
This master´s dissertation analyses a guest satisfaction in selected hotel Riviera. My goal is to analyse a guest satisfaction and a possible change of hotel clients.
