Employee benefits at the company Siemens, s.r.o.

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit úroveň spokojenosti zaměstnanců společnosti Siemens, s.r.o. s jejich zaměstnaneckými benefity a navrhnout vhodná doporučení a návrhy na změny, vedoucí ke zvýšení motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců. V teoretické části práce se nachází základní pojmy a teoretická východiska vztahující se k problematice zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jejich vlivu na motivaci a spokojenost zaměstnanců. Praktická část práce se zabývá představením společnosti Siemens, s.r.o., jejich zaměstnaneckými benefity a výzkumem formou dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci společnosti. V závěru práce jsou na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření navrženy vhodné návrhy a doporučení, které by vedly ke zvýšení motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the level of satisfaction of the employees of Siemens, s.r.o. with their employee benefits, and to propose appropriate recommendations and suggestions for changes leading to increased motivation and employee satisfaction. The theoretical part of the thesis covers basic concepts and theoretical background related to the issue of employee benefits and their impact on employee motivation and satisfaction. The practical part of the thesis deals with the introduction of Siemens, s.r.o., their employee benefits and research in the form of a questionnaire survey on the company's employees. Finally, based on the results of the survey, appropriate suggestions and recommendations, which could increase employee motivation and satisfaction, are proposed.
