Overcoming gender stereotypes in organizations
Abstract:
Teoretickým cílem práce je zmapování aktuálních poznatků o řízení genderových vztahů v organizacích. Praktická část práce se zaměří na analýzu aktuálního stavu genderové problematiky ve vybrané organizaci a na návrh příslušných optimalizačních doporučení.
Abstract:
The theoretical goal of the thesis is to map current knowledge about the management of gender relations in organizations. The practical part will focus on the analysis of the current state of gender issues in the selected organization and on the proposal of the appropriate optimization recommendations.
