Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mobilními platbami skrze technologii NFC, a především informovanosti a rozšířenosti na českém trhu. Hlavním cílem práce je zjištění, jak moc je český trh informovaný o NFC mobilních platbách, zda a z jakého důvodu jsou používány či nepoužívány a jaké platební aplikace či systémy jsou nejvíce používány nebo s jakými je nejlepší zkušenost. Společně s tímto cílem si práce klade za úkol seznámení s mobilními platbami jako takovými, s technologií NFC a s nejvíce používanými NFC platebními systémy/aplikacemi pro chytré telefony a hodinky na českém trhu. Hlavním výsledkem zkoumání a přínosem této práce je určení, že lidé v české republice mají velké povědomí o NFC mobilních platbách a že jsou lidmi dost využívány, což potvrzují i platební statistiky, které říkají, že zhruba každá pátá elektronická platba je provedena pomoví NFC mobilní platby. Dalším zajímavým zjištěním je, že lidé ve velké míře věří bezpečnosti mobilních plateb skrze NFC.

Abstract:

his bachelor thesis deals with mobile payments through NFC technology, and especially information and prevalence in the Czech market. The main goal of the thesis is to find out how much the Czech market is informed about NFC mobile payments, whether and for what reason they are used or not and what payment applications or systems are most used or with what is the best experience. Together with this goal, the work aims to get acquainted with mobile payments as such, with NFC technology and with the most used NFC payment systems / applications for smartphones and watches on the Czech market. The main result of the research and the contribution of this work is to determine that people in the Czech Republic are very aware of NFC mobile payments and that they are widely used by people, which is confirmed by payment statistics, which say that roughly one in five electronic payments is made using NFC mobile payments. . Another interesting finding is that people largely trust the security of mobile payments through NFC.
