Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl vysvětlení a zhodnocení současné-ho systému financování nestátní kultury. Zaměřena je primárně na financování skrze dotace měst. Teoretická část práce se věnuje popisu jednotlivých způsobů financování nestátní kultury a uvedení právního rámce upravujícího problematiku dotací. This thesis aims to explain and evaluate the current system of non-state culture financing. The focus is given on financing through municipal subsidies. The theoretical part is dedicated to description of the means of non-state culture financing and to introduction of the legal framework regulating subsidies.
