The economic concept of unemployment and its specific factors in the given region

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením vývoje a dopadů nezaměstnanosti v konkrétním regionu, identifikací jejích příčin a navrhováním opatření pro její řešení. V teoretické části práce jsou zkoumány základní pojmy a modely související s problematikou nezaměstnanosti, trhu práce a ekonomických teorií. Analytická část práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení vývoje nezaměstnanosti ve zvoleném regionu a analyzuje aktivní politiku zaměstnanosti. Důraz je kladen na identifikaci příčin nezaměstnanosti a specifika daného regionu. Provedena je komparativní analýza ukazatelů nezaměstnanosti a aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti ve vybraných okresech, což poskytuje přehled o specifikách daného regionu. Dále je zkoumán dopad nezaměstnanosti na daný region a navrhována opatření pro její řešení. Metody výzkumu zahrnují literární rešerši, deskripci, analýzu a komparaci. Závěrečné shrnutí práce reflektuje dosažené poznatky a jejich relevanci vůči stanovenému cíli. Práce přispívá k hlubšímu porozumění problematice nezaměstnanosti v daném regionu a poskytuje návrhy pro efektivní řešení této problematiky.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis aims to assess the development and impacts of unemployment in a specific region, to identify its causes and to propose measures for its resolution. The theoretical part of the thesis examines basic concepts and models related to unemployment, the labor market and economic theories. The analytical part focuses on evaluating the development of unemployment in the selected region and analyzing active employment policies, with an emphasis on identifying the causes of unemployment and the specifics of the chosen region. A comparative analysis of unemployment indicators and active employment policies in selected districts is conducted, providing an overview of the specifics of the given region. Furthermore, the impact of unemployment on the region is examined, and measures for its resolution are proposed. Research methods include literature review, description, analysis, synthesis, and comparison. The final summary reflects on the findings and their relevance to the stated objective. The thesis contributes to a deeper understanding of the issue of unemployment in the specified region and offers suggestions for effective solutions to this problem.
