Tato práce je z prostředí managementu sportu, jejímž cílem je identifikace silných a slabých stránek Beachklubu Praha Pankrác. Mezi dílčí cíle patří charakteristika organizace, analýza vnitřního prostředí Beachklubu Praha Pankrác, identifikace silných a slabých stránek klubu, doporučení na odstranění nedostatků a podpora a rozvoj stránek silných a ekonomické zhodnocení navrhovaných řešení. This thesis is from the environment of sport management. The main goal is to identify weak and strong aspects of Beachklub Prague Pankrác.
