The Children and their Responsibility for Unlawful Acts
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá trestnou činnosti dětí, tj. z trestně právního hlediska, osob mladších 15ti let. Analyzuje opatření ukládaná nezletilým Okresním soudem v Pardubicích v letech 2004 až 2010. Podrobněji práce charakterizuje druhy uložených opatření, rodinné prostředí dětí a činy jinak trestné v období 2008 až 2010.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with crimes of children, it means from the legal point of view, persons younger then 15 years old. It analyses the measures laid down to minors by District Court in Pardubice in period of years 2004 to 2010. The thesis in more details characterizes the types of imposed measures, family background of children and other illegal acts in period of years 2008 to 2010.
