Diplomová práce pojednává o slovenské volební reformě, která proběhla v roce 1998, jejích příčinách, cílech a naplnění. Poskytuje také ucelený přehled volebního zákonodárství na Slovensku od roku 1989 do současnosti.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the Slovak electoral reform which was pushed through in 1998, with its reasons, goals, and their fullfilment. It also reports on the electoral legislation in Slovakia from 1989 to the present.
