Abstract:

Diplomová práce nese název Participace zaměstnanců na vedení organizace poskytující sociální služby – srovnávací studie. Cílem práce je odpovědět na otázku: Jak se liší míra participace zaměstnanců na vedení organizace poskytující sociální služby dle zřizovatele organizace? Odpověď vychází z teoretického konceptu uvedeného v první části práce, kde je pojem participace vymezen v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, popsány formy participace a mechanismy, které je zajišťují. Kromě pojmu participace je zde vymezena oblast sociálních služeb a legislativní úprava jejich poskytování. K objasnění hlavní výzkumné otázky je zvolena kvalitativní výzkumná strategie, která vychází z rozhovorů s řediteli organizací a klíčovými zaměstnanci, podpořena dále studiem dokumentů. Empirická část porovnává zjištěné poznatky mezi jednotlivými organizacemi, všímá si především, jak zkoumanou oblast ovlivňují jednotlivý zřizovatelé, a uvádí odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku. Závěr shrnuje poznatky ze zkoumané oblasti a provádí reflexi provedeného výzkumu. Diplomová práce obsahuje: 18 291 slov

Abstract:

The graduation theses is called The participation of employees in conduct of organisations providing the social services - reviewing publication. The objective of the graduation theses is to respond the question: How does the measure of the participation of employees in conduct of organisations providing the social services according to institutor of the organisation differ? The answer results from the theoretical concept which is introduced in the first part of the graduation theses where the term participation is determinate in the sphere of the human resource management, there are described the participation forms and the gadgetry which provide them under. Among the term of participation are the sphere of social services determinate and the legislative adjustment of their providing there. To the illustration of the main exploratory question is elected the qualitative exploratory strategy which results from the interviews with the directors of the organisations and with the pivotal employees, it is also supported by studying of the documents. The empirically part compares the ascertained knowledge amongst the particular organisations; it takes notice especially about how the particular institutors the sphere under examination interact and it gives answer to the main exploratory question. The conclusion summarizes the knowledge from the sphere under examination and it carries reflexions of the effected exploration out. The graduation theses contains: 18 291 words
