Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o možnostech financování bydlení za pomoci hypotečního úvěru a úvěru ze stavebního spoření. Zaměřuje se na charakteristiku obou těchto produktů, jejich výhody a nevýhody a vzájemné porovnání celkové nákladovosti. This thesis deals with possibilities of housing financing through mortgage and buildingsaving loan. It focuses on the characteristics of both these products, advantages and disadvantages and mutual comparison of the total cost.
