Snahou Zákona o významné tržní síle při prodeji potravinářských výrobků je regulace významných odběratelů potravinářského zboží, tedy obchodních řetězců. The aspiration of the Act on a significant market power is regulation of important subscribers with foodstuff goods, thus multiple stores. Object of this bachelor thesis is to qualify the righteousness of this effort with consideration to conditions in market of foodstuff goods, competition procedures, discrimination or pressure groups.
