GDPR a jeho implementace v ČR

Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu ochrany osobních údajů v souvislosti s nařízením Evropské unie, známé jako GDPR a úpravě platné v českém právním řádu před nabytí účinnosti nařízení GDPR. V oblasti legislativy je zmíněn nový adaptační zákon. V praktické části je metodou případové studie analyzována a zhodnocena implementace nařízení GDPR v daném českém podniku.

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of personal data protection in connection with the European Union regulation, known as the GDPR and the regulation valid in the Czech legal system before GDPR regulation came into force.
