The administration of the real estate tax
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl v obecné rovině seznámit s vymezením a strukturou daňových systémů a základních principů správy daní. Obecné poznatky budou následně využity při rozboru daně z nemovitostí, a to z hlediska hmotně-právní i procesně-právní úpravy. Záměrem autora je také seznámit s odlišnostmi koncepcí zdanění nemovitostí ve vybraných zemích EU.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to introduce definitions and structuring of tax systems and basic tax administration principles on a general basis. Such general information is further used for property tax analysis, i.e. with respect to the substantive and procedural legal regulations.
