Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá celkovou elektronizací veřejné správy, tedy e-Governmentem v České republice. Teoreticko-metodická část zahrnuje historii elektronizace u nás počínaje reformou veřejné správy spojenou s postupným vznikem e-Governmentu v ČR. Poté práce přechází k definování dílčích částí e-Governmentu, což jsou veškeré systémy, registry či portály, poskytující služby v elektronické podobě. Praktická část navazuje na poznatky získané v teoreticko-metodické části diplomové práce. Zabývá se aktuálním stavem elektronizace občanů, domácností a veřejné správy v ČR. K tomu posloužil dotazník s názvem e-Government v ČR, který měl za úkol shromažďovat empirické údaje mezi veřejností. Všechna získaná statistická data byla dále analyzována kvůli dosažení vytyčeného záměru. Cílem diplomové práce je zachytit současné propojování občanů s elektronizací veřejné správy, tedy e-Governmentu v České republice.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the overall electronization of public administration, with e-Government in the Czech Republic. The theoretical-methodological part involves the history of electronization in our republic, beginning with the reform of public administration connected with the establishmnet of e-Government. Then the thesis moves to defining parts of the e-Government, which are all systems, registers or portals providing services in electronic form. The practical part follows the findings from the previous part. It deals with the current state of electronization of citizens, households and public administration in the CR. A questionaire named e-Government in the CR was used for this purpose, which was designed to gather empirical data from the public. All obtained statistical data have been further analyzed for the laid out goal. The goal of the thesis is to realize current connection of citizens with the electronization of public administration, the e-Government in the Czech Republic.
