Rigid Adherence to Working Process and Principles of the Safety and the Protection of Health at Work during the Venous Blood Taking

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je dodržování správného pracovního postupu a zásad BOZP při odběru venózní krve. Jsou zkoumány dva soubory. Jeden zahrnující chirurgická oddělení a druhý interní v nemocnici krajského typu. Teoretická část vysvětluje význam vyšetření biologického materiálu, zvláště venózní krve, dále jsou popsány vlastnosti a složení krve, druhy vyšetření venózní krve, faktory mající vliv na kvalitu odběrů, postup odběru venózní krve. Část práce také popisuje význam a tvorbu ošetřovatelských standardů. V praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky pozorování z oblastí dokumentace, žádanky a zkumavky, poučení pacienta, příprava pomůcek, příprava sestry a pacienta, samotný odběr a doprava do laboratoře. V diskuzi jsou vyhodnoceny stanovené cíle a výzkumné otázky. V závěru jsou porovnány výsledky jednotlivých souborů s doporučením pro klinickou praxi.

Abstract:

The main item of this work is the keeping of right working process and principles safety and protection health during the venous blood taking. In this work there are recognized two sets. The first set contains surgical departments and the second set contains internal departments in the hospital of regional type. In teoretic part there is explained the meaning of the survey of biologically substance, specially of venous blood. There are also described the qualities and structure of blood, types of survey of the venous blood, factors which have influence on quality of blood taking and the process of venous blood taking. In this part of the work there is also described the meaning and the production of nurse norms. In practical part there are evaluated the results of observation from the dokumentation area, requisitions and test tubes, patien´s instructions, preparing of instruments, nurse´s and patient´s preparing, blood taking and transfer to the laboratory. In discussion there are evaluated aims and research questions. In the finale of this work there are compared the results of particular sets with the recommendation for the clinical internship
