Business Plan of Establishing a Restaurant

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá podnikatelským plán založení restaurace. Cílem je založení restaurace U Černého psa se specifickými produkty. Diplomová práce je napsána jako návod pro každého začínajícího restauratéra. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnými zásadami podnikání, výběrem právní normy vhodné pro restaurační business a teoretickými zásadami, který musí každý podnikatelský plán splňovat. Další částí je metodologická část, kde jsou obsaženy postupy všech analýz, které se v práci vyskytují. Následuje praktická část, která se věnuje samotnému podnikatelskému plánu restaurace U Černého psa. Čtenář zde nalezne konkrétní popis činností, které by měl v případě podnikání v restauračním ruchu splnit. Tato část obsahuje analýzy, díky kterým mohl podnikatel v závěru zhodnotit životnost a rentabilitu podniku.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the business plan of setting up a restaurant. The aim is to establish the U černého psa restaurant with specific products. The diploma thesis is written as a guide for ever each restaurateur, who intends to set up his own business. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part deals with the general principles of business, choosing the legal normative business environment and the theoretical principles that every business plan must meet. The second part is the methodological part, which contains the procedures of all the analyses that occur in the process. This is followed by the practical part that deals with the business plan of the restaurant U Černého psa. The reader will find a specific description of activities that should be followed in the case of a restaurant business. This section contains analyses that should help the entrepreneur to evaluate the business life and profitability.
