Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zpracovává téma ochrany osobních údajů při poskytování zdravotní péče. Stručně shrnuje mezinárodní, komunitární i národní právní úpravu této oblasti a vysvětluje základní pojmy. Hlavní pozornost je věnována třem stěžejním institutům posilujícím ochranu osobních citlivých údajů, a to zdravotnické dokumentaci, povinné mlčenlivosti a poskytování údajů o zdravotním stavu.
