Střevní mikrobiota obsahuje velmi různorodé populace bakterií, které se podílí zejména na regulaci řady metabolických drah a imunitní odezvy. The intestinal microbiota contains very diverse populations of bacteria, which are mainly involved in the regulation of a variety of metabolic pathways and immune responses.
