Anotace:

Absolventská práce pojednává o jednom ze zásadních témat současného obchodního práva, kterým je obchodní rejstřík. Cílem této absolventské práce je seznámení se s problematikou obchodního rejstříku. První kapitola přibližuje historii obchodního rejstříku a jeho vývoj. Ve druhé kapitole je zahrnuta jeho současná právní úprava. Ve třetí kapitole je přiblížen jeho účel a význam. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje zápisu do obchodního rejstříku. Poslední pátá kapitola se zabývá sbírkou listin.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis deals with one of the fundamental issues of current business law, which is the business register. The aim of this graduate thesis is to get acquainted with the issue of the business register. The first chapter describes the history of the business register and its development. The second chapter includes its current legislation. The third chapter describes its purpose and meaning. The fourth chapter deals with entry in the business register. The last fifth chapter deals with the collection of documents.
