Monument care as part of a cultural policy of communities in Usti Region
Abstract:
Obnovení obecní samosprávy po roce 1989 přineslo mimo jiné i právo obcí mít vlastní majetek a hospodařit s ním. Na jedné straně toto přineslo větší ekonomickou autonomii obcí, na druhé straně se však objevily nové problémy. Mezi ně patří například nově nabytá povinnost pečovat o kulturní památky, které stát na obce převedl. Tyto objekty byly a v řadě případů ještě jsou v dosti zdevastovaném stavu. …more
