Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje dvěma z nejvýznamnějších zákonodárných sbírek, které předcházely Chammu-rabiho zákoníku. Konkrétně se jedná o zákony Lipit-Ištara a zákony z Ešnunny. Hlavní kapitoly se věnují především oboum právním dílům - kdo byl autorem díla, kde byly právní texty sepsány, ale také kým a kde byly objeveny a následně publikovány. Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis deals with the two of the most important collections of law before the formation of The Code of Hammurabi - the Codex of Lipit-Ishtar and the Laws of Eshnunna.
