Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou všeobecnej hodnoty nehnuteľností v pod-mienkach hospodárskej krízy. Práca je rozdelená do troch častí, ktoré sú rozdelené na šesť kapitol. Prvá časť je zameraná na teoretický pohľad na všeobecnú hodnotu, aké má metódy stanovenia a pozrieme sa aj na vývoj oceňovania.
