Evaluation of posture of pupils of the second grade of the elementary school in Louny

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je hodnocení držení těla u žáků druhého stupně na základních školách v Lounech. Práce je rozdělená na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. V teoretické části se zabýváme základní funkční anatomií člověka, dále svalovou dysbalancí, problematikou držení těla, metodami zabývajícími se hodnocením držení těla, charakteristikou staršího školního věku, charakteristikou zdravotní tělesné výchovy a v poslední části se věnujeme vlivu pohybu a hmotnosti na držení těla. Praktická část se věnuje realizaci výzkumného šetření. Použili jsme test pro hodnocení držení těla podle Jaroše a Lomíčka a strukturovaný dotazník zabývající se životním stylem žáků. Cílem je zjistit aktuální stav držení těla u žáků druhého stupně na vybraných školách v Lounech. Z výsledků práce vyplývá, že 65 % žáků má dobré držení těla a 35 % žáků má vadné držení těla. Současně bylo zjištěno, že pohybová aktivita má pozitivní vliv na držení těla.

Abstract:

The theme of this Bachelor thesis is evaluation of the posture of pupils of the second level of basic schools in Louny. The thesis is divided into a theoretic part and a research part. The theoretical part is focused on the basic functional anatomy of man as well as on muscle imbalance, posture issues, methods dealing with posture evaluation, characteristics of older school age, characteristics of health physical education and in the last part we focus on the effect of movement and weight on the posture. In the practical part we focus on realization of research investigation. We used the test for the posture evaluation according to Jaroš and Lomíček and a structural questionnaire focused on the pupils' lifestyle. The purpose of is to find out the current state of the posture of pupils of the second level of basic schools in Louny. The thesis results show that 65 % of pupils have good posture and 35 % have wrong posture. At the same time it was found out that a physical activity has a good effect on the posture.
