Effectiveness of active labour market policies

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce Účinnost aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti je zhodnotit aktivní politiku zaměstnanosti realizovanou Úřadem práce v Hodoníně z hlediska její cílenosti a účinnosti. První část je zaměřena na charakteristiku trhu práce a na situaci na trhu práce v okrese Hodonín. Ve druhé kapitole vymezuji problémové skupiny nezaměstnaných, cíle aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, způsob hodnocení účinnosti aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a jednotlivé nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Ve třetí části jsou analyzovány používané nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a v závěru práce je zhodnocena jejich účinnost.

Abstract:

An analysis of active labour market policy realized by the employment bureau in the town of Hodonín is the goal of the bachelor thesis Effectiveness of active labour market policies. The first part is focused on characteristics of labour market and the situation on the labour market in the Hodonín district. Second part includes problem groups of the unemployed, goals of the active labour policy, the way of effectivity assessment of active labour market policy and individual instruments of active labour policy. Instruments of active labour policy are analyzed in the third part. The final part deals with their effectivity assessment.
