Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi využití spisové služby na orgánu státní správy. Práce ukazuje přechod od klasického manuálního zpracování až po elektronickou evidenci. Tím se spisová služba zpřístupní, dojde ke zrychlení a zjednodušení práce s vazbou na elektronickou spisovou službu GINIS. Současně se zvýší kontrola oběhu dokumentů a uložení jednotlivých písemností.
Abstract:
This work deals with the possibilities of using a file service on a state administration. The work shows the transfer from a traditional manual processing to electronic register. The filing service will become accessible by that and it will accelerate and simplify the work with a link to an electronic filing service GINIS.
