The Best Interest of the Child. Philosophical and Legal Analysis of the Problem
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá pojmy dítě a nejlepší zájem dítěte a jejich vymezením v platné právní úpravě, mapuje historii vývoje ochrany práv dítěte. Zabývá se interpretací a aplikací pojmu nejlepší zájem dítěte v České Republice. Na konci práce nalezneme pokus o vytvoření přesnější definice nejlepšího zájmu dítěte.
Abstract:
Thesis deals with terms child and best interest of the child, and their definition in appliclable legislation, also it maps the history of development of children's rights. It deals with interpretation and application of the term best interest of the child in Czech Republic. At the end of the thesis we can find an attempt to make better definition of best interest of the child.
