Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Možnosti rozvoje partnerských vztahů se zahraničními městy a regiony“ je charakterizovat tuzemskou i zahraniční spolupráci měst a regionů, popsat silné a zejména slabé stránky této spolupráce. První část mé práce se zabývá charakteristikou spolupráce obecně. Další část analyzuje spolupráci se zahraničními subjekty a zaměřuje se na specifika spolupráce partnerských měst. Dále se popisují způsoby financování takovýchto aktivit a aktuálně vypisované programy ze strany Evropské unie. Závěrečná kapitola je praktickým zhodnocením funkčnosti systému partnerství vedením města Valašské Meziříčí.

Abstract:

The subject of the submitted thesis „Cooperation and partnership between cities and regions“ is to characterize inland and foreign cooperation between cities and regions, to describe benefits and especially weaknesses of this cooperation. The first part of my thesis deals with parameters of the cooperation in general. The next part analyzes the cooperation with the foreign subjects and focuses on the specifications of the town – twinning. After that there are described the ways of funding of such activities and current programs listed by the EU. The last chapter is a practical review of the functionality of the town – twinning system by the representatives of the town of Valašské Meziříčí.
