Abstract:

BRUCKNER, M. Procesní analýza organizace Centrum pro integraci cizinců. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na provedení procesní analýzy u neziskové organizace Centrum pro integraci cizinců, o. p. s. spolu s hledáním potenciálních problémů a rizik subjektu a představuje určité návrhy. Organizace poskytuje služby, pomoc a volnočasové aktivity především cizincům, kteří se přistěhovali do České republiky. Dále nabízí například školení pro pracovníky pracující s cizinci (úředníci, učitelé atd.). Teoretická část práce je literární rešerší představující problematiku rozdělení národního hospodářství, neziskových organizací, jejich významu, způsobu financování a jejich místo v české legislativě. Dále pak popisuje jednotlivé analýzy. V praktické části jsou popsané analýzy použity na organizaci. Na jejich základě je vyhodnocen její stav a doporučeny návrhy.

BRUCKNER, M. Process Analysis of the Organisation Centre for Integration of Foreigners. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2021. The bachelor thesis focuses on creating a process analysis of a non-profit public benefit organisation The Centre for Integration of Foreigners (Centrum pro integraci cizinců, o. p. s.) together with searching for subject’s potential problems and risks and presents certain suggestions. The organisation provides services, help and leisure activities for foreigners, who have moved to the Czech Republic, in the first place. Then it offers for instance trainings for employees working with foreigners (officers, teachers etc.). The theoretical part of the thesis is a literature review introducing the issue of national economy division, non-profit organisations, their significance, the ways of funding these and their place in Czech legislation. Then, the particular analyses are described. In the practical part of the thesis, the described analyses are used to analyse the organisation. On their basis the organisation’s situation is assessed and the suggestions are recommended.
