Project of utilization of controlling tools of a Specific Company

Abstract:

The diploma thesis analyses the management and use of controlling in the specific civil-engineering company and includes the project to improve controlling tools in this company. The diploma thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part explains the concepts of controlling and controller, the integration of controlling into the organizational structure and controlling information system. In the following sections, it focuses on operational, cost, financial, strategic and quality controlling with a description of the nature and importance of the named controlling and their tools. The practical part provides basic information about the company, describes the situational analysis of the company and analyses the use of controlling tools in the company. In the practical part, the project to improve controlling tools in the company is developed, which defines project opportunities, gives instructions for the implementation of controlling tools and also contains an evaluation of costs, risks, benefits and effectiveness of the project.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca analyzuje riadenie a využívanie controllingu v konkrétnej stavebnej spoločnosti a jej súčasťou je projekt zlepšenia controllingových nástrojov v tejto spoločnosti. Diplomová práca pozostáva z teoretickej a praktickej časti. Teoretická časť vysvetľuje pojmy controlling a controller, začlenenie controlingu do organizačnej štruktúry a controllingový informačný systém. V ďalších častiach je zameraná na controlling operatívny, nákladový, finančný, strategický a controlling kvality s popisom podstaty a významu vymenovaných controllingov a ich nástrojov. Praktická časť poskytuje základné informačné údaje o spoločnosti, popisuje situačnú analýzu spoločnosti a analyzuje používanie controllingových nástrojov v spoločnosti. V praktickej časti je vypracovaný projekt zlepšenia controllingových nástrojov v spoločnosti, ktorý vymedzuje projektové príležitosti, dáva návod na implementáciu controllingových nástrojov a obsahuje tiež vyhodnotenie nákladov, rizík, prínosov a efektívnosť projektu.
