Cílem diplomové práce je prozkoumání a komparace flexibilních forem práce v České republice a Švýcarsku v letech 2005 až 2014. The aim of the thesis is to study and compare flexible forms of work in the Czech Republic and Switzerland from 2005 to 2014. The theoretical part defines basic terms of the labor market, major transformations of the current labor market and labor legislation of the Czech Republic and Switzerland.
