Abstract:
Práce mapuje průběh apartheidu v JAR, podrobněji se zabývá postavou Nelsona Mandely jako vůdce hnutí proti apartheidu a politickým nátlakem Velké Británie na jeho zrušení. Cílem práce je analyzovat dopad zrušení aparteidu na jihoafrickou společnost a popsat socio-ekonomické problémy, které přetrvávají dodnes.
Abstract:
The thesis maps the course of the apartheid in South Africa, concentrates on the personality of Nelson Mandela as a leader of anti-apartheid struggle and Great Britain?s political pressure imposed on RSA to abolish the apartheid. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the social and economic concequences of apartheid and its abolishment which remain in the society even today.
