Statement explanation and interrogation in criminology
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuse on interrogation and it´s theory with a little practical illustration. The process of interrogation and it´s types, phasis, structure, tactics and documentation is described in theoretical part. The comparison method is used in order to show the differences in conducting interrogation.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá pojmom výsluch, ktorý analyzuje z pohľadu teórie a malou ukážkou z praxe. V teoretickej časti popisuje tento pojem z pohľadu psychológie a práva. Taktiež sa venuje odbornému deleniu, v ktorom rozlišuje druhy, fázy, konštrukciu, taktiku a dokumentáciu výsluchu. Pomocou metódy komparácie poukazuje záverečná práca na rozdiely vo vedení výsluchu.
