Self-conception and human dignity by look of homeless people

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sebepojetím osob bez přístřeší. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jak vnímají vlastní identitu a lidskou (osobní) důstojnost osoby bez přístřeší na základě svého vyprávění. Data získaná během rozhovorů s osobami bez přístřeší byla interpretována s ohledem na odbornou literaturu a prizma teoretické části práce, ve které jsou definovány základní pojmy výzkumu. Hlavní výzkumná otázka zní: „Jak vnímají vlastní identitu a lidskou důstojnost osoby bez přístřeší?“ V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou prezentovány poznatky týkající se sebepojetí, jehož složkami jsou sebehodnocení, sebedůvěra a sebeúcta; lidských práv; lidské (osobní) důstojnosti a fenomenu bezdomovství; na jejichž podkladě byly sestaveny dílčí výzkumné otázky. Autorka této práce pozorovala 8 osob bez přístřeší, se kterými vedla polostandardizované rozhovory, ve kterých se zaměřila na to, jak osoby bez přístřeší vnímají sebe samé a svoji vlastní důstojnost.

Abstract:

This diplom work occupies itself with the homeless people. The chief aim of this work was to state, how they understand their identity und the human (personal) dignity of homeless people on the basis of their own recount. The dates obtained from the dialogues with the homeless people were interpreted with regard to the technical litterature and to the theoretical part of the work, in which are defined the basic notions of the investigation. The chief question of the investigation is following: „How they understand their identity and the human dignity of a homeless people?“ In particular chapters are presented knowledges of the self-understandintg, the essential parts of which are self-valorisation, self-confidence and self-respect; of the human rights; of the human (personal) dignity and the phenomenon of the homeless-reality. On that basis were composed the partial investigation questions. The author of this work observed 8 homeless people and made with them the half-standardized dialogues. She made it with a view to the fact, how these homeless people understand themselves and their own dignity.
